We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Although we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a court order or other legal process served on us. WeComply provides online training to employee-users of our company customers. We contract with the companies to provide this service, and we will not use the personal information collected from the employee-users in a way different than contracted for. In order to use a training program on our site, employee-users must first complete a registration form, which requires them to provide their contact information, including their names and e-mail addresses at a minimum. Depending on what our company customers need for human-resource management and verification, we may also collect employee numbers, titles, departments, divisions, groups and/or work telephone numbers and extensions. This information is used only to track users' progress on the program or programs for which they registered and to report that information to their employers. Users are not asked to provide demographic information (such as income level and gender) or unique identifiers (such as Social Security numbers).
A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user's hard drive containing information about the user. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. We use session cookies on our site. Use of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information.
We use third party companies (such as Google Analytics) in order to collect non-personally identifiable information to compile aggregated statistics for us about visitors to our site.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.
Our Web site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Social Media (Features) and Widgets
With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you want your testimonial removed please contact us at email@example.com.
We do not collect or share aggregated demographic information with any partners or advertisers. We do, however, share the aforementioned personal information with company customers to verify employee-users' progress on the training programs.

This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by WeComply.
WeComply takes every precaution to protect user information both online and off-line. All such user information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer-service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that we store user information on are kept in a secure environment.

We will notify our company customers if and when user information is to be collected by any outside parties. We do this so employee-users can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.
We occasionally send our company customers newsletters or other promotional communications. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. In some cases where we post the notice, we will also e-mail users who have opted to receive communications from us to notify them of the changes in our privacy practices.
