Online Compliance Training Games

Every WeComply compliance training program includes a multiple-choice quiz in the form of an online game. We offer five different games to make the business and ethics training experience more fun and engaging:

• Ethical Pursuit: Roll dice and answer business ethics and compliance questions to move your token around the colorful game board.
• Who Wants To Be a CEO: Answer questions to climb the corporate ladder and reach the paneled penthouse office.
• Cheez Chase: Solve the maze and lead the mouse to the cheese by answering questions.
• Hop to the Top: Hop over the compliance police by answering questions as you wend your way to the finish.
• Start Your Engines: Answer questions to complete one lap around the race track, but watch out for the oil slicks.

Our game-based approach has a solid foundation in instructional design. Every answer — correct or incorrect — is explained for added reinforcement of the compliance training message. Employees must answer correctly on their first attempt to move ahead in the game, thus penalizing guesswork. If they answer incorrectly, they see a second (and, if needed, a third) question on the same business ethics subject. All of the games breed a feeling of success and provide the needed incentive for employees to complete the compliance training experience.
