Position Summary:

As a Client Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of WeComply’s Client Success Team at a time of significant growth and expansion. We are adding new customers at a rapid rate and you will be responsible for generating revenue within our existing customer base. While our implementation and support teams are responsible for the technical aspects of our customer implementations, you will be responsible for the overall success and happiness of your clients.

This person will manage a number of existing customers as well as new customers once they are signed on. By understanding their customer’s needs and by gaining access to new contacts within their existing customers, you will uncover opportunities to sell additional user licenses as well as new online training products and services. They will leverage a strong customer base to develop referrals and new leads which they will have the opportunity to sell directly. This position offers a very competitive base salary and an attractive commission plan with unlimited upside. You will receive sales training about our products and the e-learning and compliance industries, as well as ongoing support from our operations, marketing and technical staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the VP of Clients Success and the Technical Implementation team to roll out new customers and build a stream of new revenue.
  • Leverage WeComply’s extensive database of customers, contacts and leads to create reference accounts and close new business opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate new WeComply offerings to customer community.
  • Maintain detailed, appropriate information in WeComply’s CRM database (SalesForce.com) identifying key decision-makers and all upcoming purchases, tasks and projects. Understand how to thoroughly research account and contract history in SalesForce.com.
  • Preparing and submitting proposals and quote prices.
  • Work independently and assume significant ownership of assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience with sales and/or account management
  • Proven closing and account management skills.
  • Ability to sell over the phone using web meeting/conferencing. Significant experience presenting with online software demonstrations.  95% of the sales activities occur over the phone.
  • Tech savvy and ability to work with many programs and applications concurrently.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and customers simultaneously.
  • Skilled at uncovering additional sales opportunities at existing customer organizations.
