Application Support

WeComply has provided online compliance and ethics training solutions to businesses of all sizes since 1999. We are looking for an Application Support Representative to help support the rapid growth of our customer base. The candidate must have a strong software background, excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in growing with the company.

Duties and responsibilities include --

  • Providing support by phone and e-mail with our customers' HR, Legal or IT staff to resolve technical issues or answer questions;
     
  • Assisting our customers with the launch and administration of their training initiatives, including customizing course content, importing employee data, and reporting on training results;
     
  • Tracking and reporting on frequent support issues for the purpose of enhancing the product and/or product documentation; and
     
  • Achieving the highest standard of customer satisfaction, with the goal of having at least 75% of our customers agree to act as references.

Education: College degree is preferred; concentration in Information Technology and/or Computer Science is desirable.

Experience: One year or more in a support role within a technology environment.

Required Skills: Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with others at all levels in the organization. Strong knowledge of HTML, Excel, Word, Acrobat and Photoshop (or a comparable graphics program). Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: Experience working with content-management systems, web applications, and application servers is desirable. Ability to debug network and firewall issues would be a plus.

Location: Able to work from our Mount Kisco, NY, and/or Mahwah, NJ, offices.
